Challenge & Context
🧩 The challenge with Dandelion Bikes was creating a digital storefront that reflects a specialist retail business rather than a generic online catalogue. The platform needed to communicate product focus, in-store expertise, service credibility, and practical buying guidance in a way that feels approachable and structured for the customer. 🏪 At the same time, the project had to support multiple connected journeys: category exploration, service education, trust-building, shop information, and purchase intent. Because Dandelion presents itself as an expert-led e-bike shop with over thirty models on the showroom floor and a visible service department, the website needed to connect retail presentation with real-world operational credibility.
