Challenge & Context
🧩 The challenge with HOMI was that it was not a simple brochure website. The platform had to support multiple real estate journeys at once: valuation, selling, renting, listing visibility, lead capture, and trust-building through educational content. That creates a more demanding product structure than a typical marketing site because users can arrive with very different intents and expectations. 📊 On top of the public-facing experience, the project also required report-oriented data handling through scraping processes. That added another layer to the platform’s needs, since it was not only about content presentation and conversion paths, but also about collecting and structuring external data in a useful way for reporting and decision support.
